Shipping policy
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
We can ship to P.O. boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
2. Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated transit time after your order is shipped: 6–12 business days (Monday through Friday).
Estimated total delivery time (processing + transit): 7–15 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping to all U.S. customers.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
8. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be processed and shipped the same day (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
