Refund policy

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for approved returns.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs once the return has been authorized.

Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photo evidence may be required to process a replacement or refund.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.


8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged or incorrect.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
